Rose Kapolczynski is a veteran campaign and communications strategist with more than three decades of experience advising local, state and federal campaigns and organizations.

Helping organizations meet their goals has been a mainstay of Rose’s consulting practice. Among others, Rose has provided strategic services to Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California, The Brainerd Foundation, California Coastal Protection Campaign, Latino Issues Forum, Vaccinate California, and the Washington State Association for Justice.

In 2016, Rose managed the largest voter registration drive in California history for NextGen Climate, successfully registering more than 800,000 new voters. She also served as chief strategist for victorious progressive ballot measure campaigns on medical malpractice, insurance industry reform, clean energy standards and parental notification.

Rose is best known for managing all four of former Senator Barbara Boxer’s multimillion dollar campaigns in California and serving as state director in Boxer’s Senate office for a decade. In 2005, she started her own campaign and communications consulting firm.

Currently, Rose is President of the American Association of Political Consultants, and serves as a mentor to women candidates through Emerge California.
