Close the Gap Catalyst is a new 501(c)4 nonprofit organization centering women’s leadership.
We’re integrating strategic initiatives with advocacy, recruitment and coalition-building work:
- Researching barriers and opportunities for women leaders.
- Launching education programs to equip partners, allies, and leaders with tools to advance parity.
- Building a sustainable infrastructure for ongoing opportunity analysis and rapid response.
Through research, education, advocacy and leadership cultivation, Catalyst works to make reflective representation the norm and shape the broader ecosystem to build power in parity beyond election day.
