Ariana Arestegui is a campaign strategist and the first openly LGBTQ woman elected to the Garden Grove City Council. She has dedicated her efforts to supporting progressive voices in local, state, and federal races. From field organizing to fundraising, Ariana has over a decade of experience supporting candidates in competitive seats and delivering results. Now an elected official herself, Ariana is more motivated than ever to making sure progressive women are elected to positions of power.
Ariana earned her BA in English Literature from California State University Northridge. She enjoys spending time outdoors and loves growing flowers and heirloom tomatoes in her garden.
