Kathrina Abrot is a seasoned campaign strategist and fundraiser with over a decade of experience building winning campaigns across California. She has helped recruit, coach, and elect women leaders at every level of government — from school boards to statewide office and a focus on first-time and down-ballot candidates.
Kathrina has managed and advised campaigns with budgets ranging from grassroots efforts to large-scale operations, consistently achieving strong fundraising outcomes. Her background also includes direct mail production and voter targeting, as well as campaign management. Kat has worked as a community organizer, mobilizing stakeholders around legislative and regulatory efforts and building durable coalitions to advance policy goals.
Kathrina partners closely with the CTG California team to identify and vet progressive women leaders leveraging deep community and political networks to grow a strong bench of values-aligned candidates. She is lifelong Angeleno, and enjoys being outdoors, and going on hikes with her dogter.
