Celeste Cantú is Executive Director for the California State Water Resources Control Board, which is responsible for water rights and water quality and was USDA Rural Development State Director for California during the Clinton Administration.
Since 2006, she has served as Executive Director of the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority which has responsibility for an Integrated Regional Watershed Management Plan called, One Water One Watershed (OWOW), that has brought municipal, county and regional stakeholders together to create a new vision of sustainable resource management throughout the Santa Ana River Watershed.
Women For is collecting new underwear and socks to be given to the Native Americans of Northern Arizona as part of an ongoing project of the Third World Gifts and Hand Arts, Sue Fenwick director.
